Description:
I collect postage stamps, but I'm not sure how many people on here do. In this swap, we will gather 30 used postage stamps and send them to our partner. They can all be from the one country, but if your partner is from the same as you it might be nice of you to put some from another country in too. The main thing is every stamp must be different, NO DUPLICATES. The stamps don't need to be off the backing, but just out of curtosy (and this shouldn't even need to be said) don't send damaged ones. Newbies are most welcome, and only swap-botters with a rating of 4.7 or higher. Hearts for people who have gone looking for stamps apart from any boring normal ones being sent around today. If anyone wants the send by date extended just let me know!

Basically are you saying, it is okay if the post office has their cancelled stamp print on the stamp partway.?

Yep, used means cancelled. =)
