Description:
For this swap you will send your partner an ATC that features an outstanding element. To create your outstanding element you will use things like embossing powder, pop dots, crackle paint, modeling paste, glossy accents, etc. In the end, your card will have 1 thing on it that really stands out. In the ATC above I used crackle paint on the clock face so that it stands out. (You can't really see it that great in the picture though.) Your choice of theme. All media types welcome.
