The Outlander ATC Series - Claire

Are you watching The Outlander? Have you read the books, by chance? I am enthralled...I couldn't put the books down when I was reading them, and the Starz series is astonishingly true to the story! (That might be due to the fact that Diana Gabaldon, the author, is involved in every bit of the process of taking the story to television.) This series has it all: a fabulous story, characters who are very real, history, romance, star-crossed love...and I know many men who have read the books, as well as women.

Create this first ATC of the series using the heroine of the story: Claire. We meet Claire as WWII is ending...she is a nurse on the front lines. Claire and her husband, Frank (an intelligence officer) have been separated for the duration of the war, and they have decided to have a second honeymoon in Scotland. You know...to get reacquainted, rekindle the flame, and so forth. Naturally, what happens in Scotland...well, read the books and watch the series!

Make a lovely homage to Claire for your partner...she's beautiful and bright and brave, and has the ability to think outside the box like no other woman I know.
