Happy Who-lloween Enemy Cutout

Remember when the dime stores sold cardstock cutouts at Halloween time that moms and teachers would decorate the windows, doors and bulletin boards with? Your challenge will be to create a Halloween cutout like those of days gone by, with the image of one of the enemies of the Doctor! You will each have one partner. You may use decoupage, paint, collage, craft foam sheets, or design one on your computer. You might even modify an existing cutout. Be sure to utilize card stock, paperboard or foam to add stability to you cutout, so that your partner might re-use it next year. Check out pics of vintage Halloween decor for some ideas. You don't have to be Rembrandt, but you should make one of the same quality as you would expect to receive!
