In this swap you will pick a Technique from the list, make 10 scrapbook tags displaying the technique, name of techniques add tips or tricks you have for a heart. You will mail to the other Technique Makers!! In the end you will have 10 tags one you 1 made and the other 9. Please note in the comment which technique you want.
