Yet another matchbox swap! :D Take a small (32 count size) matchbox and decorate it up all pretty in a "things with wings" theme and fill the box with things of the same nature. Some examples might include; ribbons, lace, barettes, stickers, charms, necklaces, pins, rings, buttons, brads, foamies etc. Just as long as they have something to do with the theme. Some examples of things with wings include; faeries, angels, butterflies, dragons, dragonflies, birds, pegasus, etc. Be as neat and creative as possible and only send items that you would love to receive. You must have at least a 4 rating to join, or if you are new, have your profile filled out. Anyone joining without those requirements will be banned. This is an international swap.

serene_serenade, I don't know if you know that swap coordinators now have to click "assign swap partners now" before swap-bot will assign partners. This allows you to ban people with low ratings before the start of the swap. Will swap partners be assigned today? I hope so -- I'm really excited about this one. Thanks!

Wigglywourms, it's because there's a new policy that swap coordinators now have to click "assign swap partners now" before swap-bot will assign partners. This allows coordinators to ban people with low ratings before the start of the swap. (otherwise, they sometimes sneak in at the last minute when the coordinator isn't looking!). This policy strated last week and many swap coordinators are used to the old way (automatic. I sent serene_serenade a heads-up and it looks like she took care of it.

I wonder how many coordinators know the new rule? Good idea though. Thanks for pushing the little button, Melody. I changed the contents of my package a little to reflect my partners likes and dislikes and mailed it out today. She lives pretty close to me so it shouldn't take too long for it to "wing" it's way to her ;o)
