Description:

The original idea of this swap is from @VivaLaDiane and as current swaps of this kind are USA only I would love to host this one international.

What you have to do for this swap:

  • cut off 50 stripes (10 for each partner) which are easily foldable (eg. printer paper). They shouldn't be to big, so they don't take up the whole space in the happiness jar.

  • write on each stripe something happy, encouraging, thoughtful, etc. It can be a quote. It can be a tasteful joke. It can be personal note. It should only be a sentence or two so that it can be legible. And yes, it can even be printed/typewritten.

  • Sticky notes are not allowed!

  • Please make sure that your strips are protected by something, so the envelope doesn't get ripped. Also feel free to fold them already.

When you receive your strips, fold them and put them into your jar (you make this on your own) without reading them. When you need a moment of happiness or inspiration, you will have several to go to.

I decided to not allow any new members to this swap. There shouldn't be any unresolved 1s or 3s ratings and no overdue swaps, if you have some feel free to message me.

This swap will be hosted four times a year, so about every third months.

Please ask any questions in advance of joining.
