It is time to start another traveling journal, with the same or a new theme. Please dont send a journal that you started before as most of us in the group have already worked on this journal. This does not apply if you are new to the group. But please send a journal that does belong to you.

This journal will be returned to you so on the inside cover you will need your contact info: address and email and swapbot nickname.

Also on this cover or adjoining page, you will want to give instruction on your theme.

You have 3 weeks to get the journal ready and about 10 days to mail

For this swap you will mail a journal and you will also receive a journal.

Future swaps you will treat the journal like a"safe tag". You will post that you are ready to pass the journal on and then you will create a swap to pass the journal on. This is the safest way to make sure that the journals dont get lost and we can create a paper trail.

Please go to the group forum and Create a STICKY thread with your nickname and theme in the title. Then each person who works on your journal should go to the group and write a comment that they have the journal. Also in the forum thread is the correct place to post your TRACKING information.

Using tracking for mailing is required so that you can prove you mailed and prove it was received. There are many ways to secure tracking. It is free with first class postage on Paypal, and 23 cents if you use media mail. Often the PO will list your tracking info on your receipt, so save your receipt.
