A Little Letter Of Calm

We all have days when life is a bit stressful and we all just need a moment of calm to relax, so let's send each other some calm!

This is a very handmade orientated swap so some art skill is required but don't worry you don't have to be a prodigy! You will fill an A6 envelope with flat paper goods, this keeps cost to a minimum and should only cost the amount of a small letter.

What you need to send in this swap:

1. An inspirational quote: This can either be printed or hand written, your own or already written, but put together yourself using nice typography.

2. A Poem or Short Story with a small illustration: This can be your own or already written, hand written or printed with a small illustration of your own. Again must be put together yourself using nice typography.

3. 3 Relaxing music recommendations: Printed or hand written, nice typography.

4. A photograph of somewhere calm: Maybe somewhere you've been or would like to go, include the name of the place. *Printing on photo paper would be best but is optional. (if you don't have a printer... paint it, collage it, draw it!)

5. Your guide to being calm: Using your own illustrations draw a little guide on how you relax and stay calm, for example: Run a bath, Light a candle, Eat some chocolate, etc.

IMPORTANT STUFF*

1,2,3 & 4 must be printed on A6 220GSM (or there abouts just make sure it's thicker than paper) card. One sheet of A4 card will print(or make) all 4 postcards.

If you use someone else's story, quote or poem be sure to include their name.

Put everything into an A6 envelope.

Use calm colours to decorate. Eg. Pastels.

Open to unrated swappers with filled out profile. Low ratings may be removed from swap. Senders choice. This is flat post but labelled as Type 3 due to a lot of craft involved.
