Too Funny!! Postcard swap 7....

I have not participated in these before and am a bit confused about swap requirements . . . .do we write a funny line from a book on the card? It sounds like fun....

Yes! I usually pick 4 pages and 4 sentences from those pages, like ~ page 34 sentences 8 and so on. Put for this one you can pick the pages and the sentences from those pages to make a silly paragraph! Hope that helps....

Mugsie used to give us instructions like the 25 line of page 300. etc, but then some books didnt have a page 300 so she went to this system.

So for instance use the last sentence of the book as your first sentence, and maybe the 5 th line on page 5. etc. It sure is a fun swap with some fun beautiful and wacky prose on a postcard.

I like it both ways Mugsie, and sometimes I didnt have a page 300 for some of the books I was reading or a line 49. I tend to read cozies and they can be short paperbacks. It just depends on what I am reading at the time. This swap has always been so fun, the cards are so unique.
