Ministry of Silly Walks

And now, something completely different. The Ministry of Silly Walks announced a new more efficient grant application process for silly walk development. The four step process is designed to support the Promenade Detente Cordiale and will be funded by the reallocation of funds from the Budget Union Europeene.

Step one: Promenade to un endroit absurde (or the place of silliness en anglais) OR (continental variation) Perambulate to the endroit habituel in a manner most absurde OR avec une personne absurde (such as a mime).

Step two: Document the walk of silliness in a facon typique (such as the purchasing of a card de poste, or a souvenir typique, or the taking of une photografie) OR (British version) Purchase a cup of tea and get a receipt after failing to generously tip the garcon.

Step three: Write a letter to the Ministry of Silly Walks (see Swap-bot web site for the address of assigned employee) documenting your experience, including the documentation from Step two.

Step four: Plan your vacation to the continent.

All applications will be considered property of the recipient. Angels take walks as well, so inform the Ministry if a walk is not taken by applicant.
