Description:
Your atc can be any theme you want to send your partner. So you can start making it early if you want to. You must use a rubber stamp or those clear plastic stamps, you can color stamp if you would like. Atc must be 2.5 x 3.5. Be sure to write your swap name and name of the swap somewhere on back. No recent 1's or 3's.Nice embellishments are fine to use also.
