Year of the Fire Monkey crossstitch&flat swap USA

February 8, 2016 brings us the year of the Fire Monkey!

This is the USA version of the swap.

This year there are TWO requirements

1) cross-stitch monkey and 2016- you can of course have any other elements cross-stitched but the minimum of a monkey and the year-it can be unfinished meaning all stitching is finished but the stitchery isn't finished into something. (you can of course finish it into something if you like, but unfinished, flat stitcheries are allowed. The stitched area should be a Minimum of 40x40 (that doesn't mean 1600 stitches but height and width each should be at least 40 each. Then please leave a minimum of 2 inches (5cm) past all of your stitches.

2) flat store-bought Monkey item - it can be Asian themed but it doesn't have to be. Ideas - a few red envelopes with year of the monkey theme, sticker sheet, blank note card, blank-new-postcard, letter set-2 sheets and an envie, 5 memo sheets, monkey punchies, monkey cardstock items, wooden craft monkey, fabric with monkeys(maybe at least a fat eighth size or 4-5 charm squares), a flat inexpensive kit or pattern, bookmark, etc. You. Can of course send a gift that is not flat but that will increase the postage.

Open to all group members-USA only. But I do check profiles and would remove if you are not a good swapper. I will angel if you have to end up rating your partner a 1.
