For this swap, Sherry @artsynerdgirl and Jess @jess123 will each send each other a needle felted heart. The heart: Must be needle felted from wool roving Be at least an inch in one direction (for cheap mailing) Can be any color/colors Can be embellished, but do not NEED to be. Rating: Upon receiving a needle felted heart of the correct size sent by the deadline, it will be rated a 5. Hearts are discretionary in rating.
