RBB: Drunken Penpal Swap

Yep - you read that right.

A dear friend hosted one of these a couple of years ago and I had so much fun I thought I'd try it again!

The concept is very simple - you get tipsy on the intoxicating substance of your choice and then you write a penpal letter. You're going to need to write a letter that's one page (front and back, roughly 8.5 x 11 inch size) - either handwritten or typed on whatever you like. If you think your drinking is going to affect your handwriting and make it hard to read, I'd suggest typing it instead. Then put it in an envelope with a stamp and mail it out by the due date. Easy peasy! St. Patrick's Day falls within the swap range, so there's no reason we can't get this done! ;)

Obviously, common sense rules. Don't do anything dangerous or unsafe. You're just supposed to drink and write a letter. If you find you're going to be late sending your letter, CONTACT YOUR PARTNER. Most people are understanding unless you don't communicate with them.

Since this isn't partner-specific, you can start your drinking and your letter any time you want between now and the due date.

As far as rating, you're not rating on content. If it's one page, front and back and it's on time, even if it's incoherent, then you rate them a "5". If they send something extra special or some extra goodies, then give them a heart.
