August Birthday Wishes

I created this swap last year and it was super fun, so why not giving it a go one more time?

I know there's many of us who are celebrating our birthdays in August. So let's spread the joy and create some mail art for our birthday partners!

We will each have 3 swap partners and will send the following:

• 1 birthday card (store bought or handmade)
• 1 flat surprise (profile based) Ideas for surprises: Bookmark, tea bags, postcards, stickers, post it, letterset, washi tape samples, anything your partner might like, doesn't have to be expensive at all.

Make sure to decorate the envelope in a birthday theme, you can use any medium you want, just make sure it looks super cute and makes your partner happy. No sticker slapping, put your heart into this swap. And don't forget to add a nice message for your partners and include your username and swap name, so that your partners can rate you.

No newbies this time, sorry. I'm trying to keep this a free flake zone. Only people with a 4.85 rating. You must have at least 20 rated type a and 3 swaps (in total). Rated, not completed. No recent and unsolved 1's and 3's in the last year. I will be checking all profiles and reserve the right to ban anyone who seems flaky or problematic.

Before joining, please check your if you meet the requirements. If you don’t, please DO NOT join this swap. As a host, I take my time checking all participants and making sure they don’t have late swaps on their dashboard, logged in during the past few days and have the amount of rated swaps I ask for. It takes you less than 2 minutes to check your own ratings and situation, but it takes me a long time to go over all swappers that don’t meet requirements and still joined my swap (and which I’ll have to ban anyway). So I’d really appreciate if you could keep that in mind.

I will angel this swap in case someone flakes, but I'm trying to be as cautious as I can and really hope we can all have fun with this swap and enjoy our birthday presents.
