Description:

Lots of good things happen in a day, but my spouse and I recently realized that we're more likely to talk about the not-so-good things. So we're making a resolution to actively note good things each day. In that spirit, here's a swap to share one good thing--small or large--with other people for a week!

You'll receive your partners on 10/11, so you can write your first postcard on 10/12 and your last on 10/18. You will have 7 partners, and each day that week you will pick a different partner and write that partner a postcard about a good thing that happened that day. By the end of the week you will have written to each partner once and will have shared 7 lovely things with 7 different people. And you'll hear about 7 good things from 7 different people, too. What could be better?

Postcards are sender's choice. Handmade and commercially produced are both fine, though if your card is delicate, you may want to send it in an envelope (and that's okay for this swap).

Fine print: 1) Unrated swappers are welcome with a filled-in profile. 2) Rated swappers with a rating below 4.95 will be dropped before partners are assigned. I may also drop swappers whose profiles might cause concern. If there's something on your profile that would raise eyebrows, please PM me in advance to explain. 3) Daily good things deserve to go around the globe, so this is an international swap!

I was about to ask if we could use one day's good thing for more than one partner if, by chance, we were going to be busy for a day and would miss sending our PC that day, but then I saw you gave us extra time. And I guess I could always send two cards on one day but use the missed day's good thing! Silly me.

Hello, ellie1200! Yeah, there's a little wiggle room built in, and (of course) no one would really know if you wrote 2 postcards on the same day ;)
