Hi I am from overseas but I noticed the deadline is over for signing up but I havent receive any swap partners yet for me to send the postcards to. I dont want to miss my deadline date . Could you please tell me how it work? Thanks

FYI The swap coordinator has to tell Swap Bot to automatically assign partners, she has to click a link for that to happen, I don't know how long she has to do that ...could be up to three days or a week at most? After the sign up deadline some swap coordinators check out everyone in their swaps and drop any suspicious folks before telling Swap Bot to assign partners, so that could be the delay?

In any event, the coordinator for this swap signed in yesterday to Swap Bot, so hopefully they are reminded to click to assign partners when they sign in.
