Votive image, holy text, mantra or the like

Send your partner a votive image, piece of scripture, calligraphy, bundle of herbs or spell: the aim is to share something powerful and holy/spiritual with someone else and to expand our own spirituality. If you want to mission, please do that elsewhere.

IMPORTANT: a votive image or prayer text is sometimes holy or sacred. Please do not join this swap if you cannot treat the image or text you receive appropriately. Please tell your partner how the iconography or scripture you send is to be treated or disposed of (e.g.burning, burial). If you cannot keep the image or dispose of it appropriately, please return it to its sender! This applies whether you share or acknowledge your partner's faith or not. Please be prepared to accept the return of your item(s) with no hard feelings. Return is not rejection, it is a respectful treatment of your sacred item(s).

Keep an open mind! If you can't accept sacred items whose religion or spirituality you don't share, don't join. If you will be insulted to have your Rosary or Mezuzah returned to you, don't join.
