Recycled Christmas Gift Card Tags- Nov. 2016

Lets use some of our Christmas Cards we save every year to make some Gift Tags to use on Packages.

You will need at least 10 of last years Christmas cards that don't have hand writing on the back of the Picture side of the Card.
*a hole punch and a pair of Scissors
*some yarn, or embroidery floss,or Twine or Butchers Twine or Heavy Crochet Thread like knit-cro sheen or Bedspread Cotton . or Ribbon.

Pick out a Small drinking Glass or a Cookie Cutter in Holiday Shape to use as a Pattern. no smaller than 3 inches
Look at the Front of the Card to see where you can take advantage of a Cute or Pretty part of the picture/ or Greeting. make sure its big enough to have room to write on the back blank part.
Place the glass on the card and Trace around it ( you might get several from one card ) with a pencil or pen. Do the same with a Cookie Cutter, Trace around it then-- Cut them out.
Punch a Hole near the Top and add a String or Ribbon Tie.

You will send your Partner 10 different Tags !!
Please enclose a short Christmas Note about How you are going to repurpose or Recycle something to Use or Gift at Christmas.

This should only take 1 or 2 stamps at the most.. Please include The Name of the Swap and Your Swap Name on the outside Envie and inside on the Note.. Merry Christmas and Happy Tag Making.!! send on time
