Description:

I was looking at my craft room, wanting to work on a project and that led into a thought process of wanting to do more ATCs but wanting an overall theme.

Combine those two thoughts and I came up with this idea for a year long swap.

Each month will be focusing on the monthly gemstone and its corresponding flower.

List of ATCs for 2017:

January - Garnet and Carnation or Snowdrop

Febuary - Amethyst and Violet or Primrose

March - Aquamarine and Daffodil or Jonquil

April - Diamond - Daisy or Sweet Pea

May - Emerald - Lily of the Valley or Hawthorn

June - Pearl - Rose or Honeysuckle

July - Ruby - Larkspur or Water Lily

August - Peridot - Gladiolas or Poppy

September - Sapphire - Aster or Morning Glory

October - Opal - Calendula or Cosmos

November - Topaz - Chrysanthemum

December - Blue Topaz - Narcissus or Holly

So for clarification, you will be making ONE (1) ATC that measures 2 1⁄2 by 3 1⁄2 inches (64 mm × 89 mm) using any medium you wish to use to send to ONE (1) partner. However, your ATC must be in line with the corresponding month.

(i.e. January is Garnet and Carnation or Snowdrop so your card will will be focused on the gemstone 'garnet' be it in picture or color and the carnation or the snowdrop of both!)

Your card must be made out of sturdy paper or mounted on a sturdy backing. DO NOT just use plain printer paper. It needs to be sturdy. You can start on your cards immediately since the list is set.

If you have any questions, please feel free to DM me.

Note You can have other elements on your ATC as long as the gemstone and the flower are integrated in your overall theme. :)
