Journal Accessories

We may find ourselves with a stash of journaling accessories that we once thought we'd use...but never have. We now maybe find them uninspiring...or we'd really like to share our favorites with another. For example, I love using those sharpie flair pens...no matter the color, and I'd include a new 2 pack of those in the package. However, for this swap I'd like for use to help move some of our journaling accessories that we may not necessarily like anymore to someone who may love and use these accessories. Choose 6 of the following to include in your package...and keep in mind that your partner may want to use the packaging in their journal (if they do junk/smash journals), so keep it simple, functional, and yet beautiful. But don't go overboard.

Things to include:

*3 Project Life Cards
*4 3”x4” journal cards

*5 Smash Pad sheets

*2 Pockets (i.e. the Smash brand, or something similar; handmade is okay, too)
*5 Journaling tags (store bought or homemade)...should be ready to use...no blank tags!
*1 Roll of new/unused washi tape
*1 Letter about when you journal, how you journal (letter form, bullet/list form, sketch/draw/collage, etc.), where and how long you journal, etc.
*5 to 10 fun shaped paper clips (I have and use foot and dragonfly paper clips, as well as fun binder clips)
*2 Glue sticks, or 1 Box of mounting squares (either glue sticks or the mounting squares, or other product to mount items in journal...as I know some people prefer using glue dots, or double sided tape sometimes)
*1 pencil/pen pouch

*1 Pad of decorative/fun post its (typical yellow post-its are not allowed)

*1 Journaling Jar (decorated) and with at least 10 journaling prompts (can be handwritten or typed)

*A list of 10 journaling tips/tricks
*A set of 2 (can be more if you like) pens/pencils/quills/etc to journal with
*5 Hot drink mixes to drink while journaling (i.e. hot chocolate, tea, keurig pack, etc.; Also, check for allergies, dislikes, etc. as some may not be able to have some of these items!)
*1 Journal cover (store bought or handmade)

*4 Bookplates
*5 mini binder clips
*10 Embellishments/ephemera

*5 Stamped Images
*1 Journal/planner charm
*2 Sticker Sheets
*20 Journaling prompts (if not sending a Journaling Jar)

*Free Choice

Each line is considered to be a set, and counts as 1 item. For example, 5 journaling tags counts as 1 (one) item since most journaling tags come as a set when bought from the store. I was thinking I'd include items for those who do bullet journals, smash books, junk journals, and traditional journals. So keep in mind that you may not get items specific to your own journaling style, unless you've been in communication with your partner...this is to be senders choice, allow your partner to ask you if there's specific journaling accessories you'd prefer. However, most items can be adapted to any style of journaling, so don't get insane about it. If you can't handle not knowing or having a say in what you're getting in return, don't join. As a side note, this swap is for journaling accessories, so DO NOT send a journal. However, if you feel compelled to include one in this swap, by all means do so. It may or may not earn you a heart, but that will be your partner's discretion. Please be logged into Swap-Bot at least 3 days before I assign partners, so that I know you're still alive.

With this being a group swap, please keep in mind the group standards...I'll be checking profiles for any recent 1s or 3s, any iffy swappers who may be in incognito, or MIA the past 3 days...and I will be banning anyone I feel may not fulfill their part. Update: Mar 13th, 2017, if there is 5+ swappers signed up for this on the deadline, we'll go full speed ahead with this swap... however, if there's less than 5, I'll be deleting the swap. :(
