Note: This is a reposting of ladywolfsong's swap. Due to unforeseen circumstances, she is unable to continue her swap so I'm hosting a new version with her permission. This swap will require you to make a deluxe, fun Easter basket for your swap partner. It is inspired by a similar swap that thriftymermaid hosted last year. Include a MINIMUM of 6 items, spending at least $15 not including shipping.Homemade items are definitely welcome among the goodies; please assign a fair value to them to count towards the minimum spending limit. The more goodies, the better, but please don't run to the dollar store and just fill your basket with the cheapest stuff you can find. Include some cheap in price items if you'd like, but not cheap in quality! Nobody wants a basket for an adult filled with dollar store "toys" that quickly fall apart or are clearly for young children. As you are signing up, please list at least 10 items you would like to see in your Easter basket. Your partner then must choose at least 2 items on your "wishlist" to include in the basket. Please list a variety that will give your partner something to work with, and nothing really expensive! The "basket" itself, that you put the items in, can be a basket, a decorated bag or tote bag, or a decorated box. Make it look nice, maybe wrap some of the trinkets, put some love into it! Please only join this swap if you can stick by the spending and mailing guidelines! Everyone needs to receive their basket in time for Easter, and everyone deserves a wonderful basket!!! Please put some love into this swap! Really try to make your partner smile. After you've opened your basket, be sure to rate your partner. To join the swap you must have a 4.98 rating or higher, no recent 1's or 3's allowed. Sorry but no newbies. You must have 30 rated type 3 swaps to join! I will check profiles. SWAP CHECKLIST: When you sign up: List at least 10 items or themes you'd like to receive in your Easter Basket. After partners are assigned: Look at your partner's list in the comment section below, check their profile for any dislikes. Send at least 6 items to your partner, at least 2 of which should be inspired by their wish list in the comment section. Spend a minimum of $15, not including shipping. Package nicely in a "Basket" as described above. Include a note or card with the Swap Name and your User ID so your partner knows who to rate and thank. | |
