This is a private swap between cafras & 123Poggy123. Fill a balloon with small objects & use that as a rubber stamp. This will be the background of the ATC. Finish it anyway you want. Some examples to fill the balloon with are frozen peas, dry pasta, safety pins, marbles, paper clips.
