mpu: lots of rules HMPC

Back by popular demand (ok, @Heynowokay mentioned it in the group forums, popular is subjective) the lots of rules swap!

We will be making our partner one handmade postcard (if you think you are going crazy, yes, the last version of this swap was for an atc. we're shaking things up.)

There will be 2 rules posted at the bottom of this description, you will follow them.

In addition, each person who signs up will comment a rule.

Rules can be silly (all writing must be backwards, make as much as you can with your toes) or content based (must not contain babies, must be blue).

Rules cannot contradict a previous rule @swapperjoe said all red and @swapperjake says all blue) or be too restricting (e.g. must contain a drawing is a good rule, must be entirely hand drawn is not.)

Rules must also not be too specific (must be 96% periwinkle blue) or call for supplies that you wouldn't reasonably expect everyone to have access to. (everyone has T.P. not everyone has embossing powder.)

If you have not commented your rule by the time I go to assign partners I will have to drop you. Don't forget to contribute.

Your ATC must follow all rules posted. Feel free to be silly. (:

NOTE: Before assigning partners I will copy and paste all rules into the swap description to avoid confusion.

You must follow all the rules. You can hit more than one rule at a time.

Starting Rules:
Postcard must be at least 3.5 x 5 inches (minimum usps size) and if it is oversized or oddly shaped, must have adequate postage.

Postcard must be sent naked (and be sturdy enough to be sent so.)

Additional Rules (6):

PC must have a song lyric on it

PC must have some kind of sea creature on it

PC must contain backwards writing

PC must contain a recycled/ upcycled object

PC must have an image of an eye on it

PC must have an image of any dog on it
