Here's how it works you must use the 7 items listed on your card and them add 1 extra item of your choice.

The 7 items are a face, key, a word, map, fish, flower, star and what ever other item you want.

You can stamp, draw, cut out, stickers or whatever media you would like, you might be surprised with what you end up with.

There is no set theme arrange the 7 +1 items anyway you want like...you may add any extra embellishments or use none...as long as you the 7 items +the one you choose
