well you CAN choose to make her nesting if you like, sorry to say...you might not receive one nesting though....... you know the matryoshka image has become a motif in itself, (besides i like to leave some element in swaps that i create undecided, i think that adds a bit more thrill when we swap, dont you?)

Oh of course! I love all surprises no matter what they are. I just didn't know how to make one not nesting...I mean I did...but you know what I'm saying!

btw i saw the CUTEST matryoskha on etsy and instead of nesting she has her baby in a mini sling!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have extended the date a bit in case the holidays have backed anyone up, like they have for me:))

The doll is made nesting by doing this: Make the big doll with a flat(round) bottom and a pocket across her lower front. Make the middle doll with a stitched-across-the -bottom shape but still lightly stuffed and put a pocket across her front too. Make the smallest doll really small, still a bit of stuffing in her and stitch across the bottom. Put the smallest one in the middle ones' pocket, and the both in the big ones pocket!
