Halloween surprises for 31 days

If Halloween is one of your favorite holidays then this swap may be for you.

For this swap you will make/buy 31 individual Halloween surprises for your partner, one for each day of October.

Decorate some kind of container to put all of your wrapped gifts in. Last year I used a shadow box which ended up being a great presentation as well as a useable item after.

Wrap each gifts, number them with a tag and place them inside the container.

This is SENDERS CHOICE. Items can be new or vintage but they must be clean and in useable condition. Some of them should be related to Halloween in some way. I wrapped the craft items that could be used for Halloween Crafting early in the month so my partner could use them for early Halloween Crafting like orange and black ribbon and twine.

At least 8-10 items should be handmade. They can be handmade by you, or from a craft fair or, etsy....I am putting this swap up early so you have plenty of time to get it together. Be thoughtful about each gift and make it something you would love to receive.

NO CANDY OR FOOD as part of the numbered Gifts.

All gifts must be INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED AND TAGGED WITH A NUMBER (1 - 31). This is like an advent calendar to Halloween so everything should be a surprise. Make sure they are numbered so your partner knows what to open on what day.

Make the last (#31) surprise the one you consider to be the most special in the package. The star to be opened on the big day!

You are sending to an adult. So please make this package as such. No plastic beads, or kiddie/foam stickers, or kid crafts.

This is a big one so I will be checking swap ratings (no 1's to active members. No 1's or 3's in the last 6 months-without a good explanation or late swaps on your dashboard .) You must have been on in the last 5 days prior to partners being assigned (if you will be away/not be able to check in, please let me know)

PLEASE let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I want this to be a fun swap for all participants. If someone ends up not sending I may ask swap participants to send a few wrapped gift to help me angel. It would really be sad though for someone not to get their swap in time so I will set the send by date 2 weeks before October. Do not sign up if you can't fulfill your end. If you have ideas for suggestions post them below.
