Altered Book Page

I am going to alter books with my granddaughter's Girl Scout troop next month, and would love some samples to share from others. I am going to use Nancy Drew hardcovers....but you don't have to, that's just to let you know what I plan to do. So this swap should give me at least one other altered page to share with the girls.

Now, here's what YOU need to do: Find a book that you're already altering, or any old book. Slice out one of the pages and alter the page. Use paint, collage, sewing, pop-ups, decoupage, embellishments...anything you desire to snazz up and alter your page.

Keep it one-sided so that your recipient will be able to glue it into their own altered book, if they desire. Please, no sticker slapping.
