This is the USA only version of Noel's ATC Background Swap. THE SWAP: send 9 ATC backgrounds to each of 2 partners THE RULES: USA only. Must have a rating of 4.75+ and not more than one no-send. Do not send just colored card stock, please make them interesting, they are ment to inspire your partner to create. Please send a variety so there's a better chance of your partner will be inspired by something.

Thank for you having a 4.75 minimum rating and not allowing those with more than one 'no send'. I am staying in the swap for those reasons.

I am being burned both as a swapper and as a host by bad swappers here on swap-bot. Just dropped from Noel's swap due to too-loose swapper criteria in my opinion.

I was just getting my backgrounds together, and now I'm wondering if I'm understanding this swap correctly. I made 9 different backgrounds, was I supposed to send 9 of the same to each parner? If so, I still have time to make them. Let me know please.

artgeek, I got your backgrounds today!! They are FABULOUS!!! I love the textures and your stencils. They're so beautiful I won't even use them, they are perfect just the way they are. A couple of questions, did you make them on "recycled" card? I love the weight of them. And where did you get the stencils?
