International, 1 Item, Store Bought Solid 5 rating only, no 1s or 3s. Minimum 15 rated type 3 swaps. I will ban at my discretion. Send your partner one new Harry Potter item valued at $2 (US) or more. Wrap it in festive paper, with a tag that has the swap name and your username. Send and rate on time. Item is to be sender's choice, aside from being Harry Potter themed and store bought. Reading your partner's profile for house preference, favorite characters, etc. is encouraged but not required.
