day zero 101 things to do in 1001 days swap

to be really clear, this swaps is as simple as this,

goto "day zero" website, follow the instructions for writing your 101 things to do in 1001 days list,

post it to your blog or website, then return to day zero website and follow their instructions to have your list posted on their site ,

then, on the day partners are given take your partners name and get ready to be their "sponsor" for 1001 days! (maybe you could send an introduction note to them as well)

on the "send by" date go back to day zero website, check if your partner has posted their list and if they have... rate them a 5!

then on your good honor & because you are so kind and at random times send them letters & emails of encouragement based on their list goals...

hopefully you will be communication for 1001 days! lol or until they complete their list!

and maybe you will end up with a new friend!!!

Oh cool! This is just the inspiration I need to get my goals set and achieved. There are so many things I want to accomplish before I'm 40 (I'm 36 now). So I'm in! :) Thanks for hosting this swap!

If anyone's interested I was thinking that maybe we could use Blogger to write our lists. It's just a suggestion, that way if anyone wants to we could link our lists as friends and keep track that way. I just thought I'd throw that out there.

HOWEVER - my start date is set for 2-13-2009 -- I did that intentionally, as now my end date is 11-11-11

So I ask that may partner look at the fact that I have made my list, and that it is online for all to see, as I am not sure when it will actually appear on the day zero site, since my start date has not happened yet.

I've posted mine to the site but it's still not up, and messaged my partner with my link- should I mark my swap as sent or do I have to wait for the site to show it?

there has not been an update to the master list in a couple of weeks. I think the site maintainer guy has fallen a little behind.

I marked mine sent when I emailed my partner (and the link is on my profile) - I am going to message thru here as well, as I am not sure if it was ever rec'd on the email, thru here I have a read/unread thing.

Anyone else want to share there list in the comments?? I like looking at all of them... and if your send to person does not reverse send their list, how can we send a thing related to the list???

yeah sending your partner a link to the list is great and posting it here is great too!! you dont have to worry about it getting posted to the official site, just someplace on the net like their blog.............

I'm sad -- I never received anything from either my partner, nor the person I sent to. I think this turned out to be a flop... Sigh...
