There is no wrong way to make a tiny adorable felt softee. And there are many web pages on how to make them.

They are usually less than 3-4". Often they have a clip for haning on cell phone or purse, it is up to you!

You will have 1 partner.

Once assigned, read your partner's profile for inspiration.

Research - Hop on the net. Search for Japanese Craft magazines, felt mascots,etc. If you need help with finding a pattern pm me.

Newbies are welcome ( I will angel if need be), if rated- no 1's in the last 6 months(pm me for explanations/special cases).

*** Please upload a picture of your mascot when you are finished, so we all get new ideas:D***

Please be gentle with me as this will be my first stuffie :D - Can they be holiday themed? Like a santa or a snowman?

They range in size from 1" to 4". Hello Kitty and Disney characters are popular in japan. Retro stuffed animals are always popular. I have a chi pattern that is always a hit!

You can do any theme, just make sure you check your partners profile.

Can be made from wool or acrylic felt even fleece works. Fabrics can be used.

Helpful links to hundreds of japanese craft magazines ( these vendors put several pages from each magazine online, very inspirational!);
