--each partner to get 4 different NOVELTY PRINT charms cut: six and one-half inch by six and one-half inch (charms = 100% cotton fabric) Be sure to cut accurately.

From your stash or your favorite fabric shop, gather 4 different novelty prints and cut three 6 ½ inch by 6 ½ inch charms from each. (total of 12 charms cut). Send one of each to your 2 partners, and keep one of each for yourself. Each partner will get 4 different novelty prints and you will have 4 also.

NOTE: If you are buying fabric, you only need to buy one quarter yard to have enough to cut the 4 charms needed for this swap.

These are exactly the size needed to make the center square for the 9-inch Attic Window blocks. If you want, they are also great for other projects as well.

Each month we will have a different theme for the novelty prints we will be gathering and mailing.

April = pet prints (dogs, cats, goldfish, hamsters, rabbits, etc. – you may send one charm in pet related prints to each partner, all the rest should be actual pets. Example pf pet related: paw prints, dog biscuits, birdcage, etc.) So that is at least 3 different pet prints and one pet related print.

May = wild animal prints, lions, squirrels, birds, foxes, etc. (4 different prints)

June = food prints, dishes, teapots, strawberries, apples, cupcakes, etc. (4 different prints)

July = patriotic prints, stars, flags, 4th of July scenes, etc. (4 different prints)

August = at the beach, swimming prints, flip flops, swim suits, water scenes, aquatic fish (4 different prints)

September = word prints, number prints, and map prints at least one of each (4 different prints)

October = farm animals, pigs, chickens, goats, cows, horses (4 different prints)

November = clothing prints, shoes, coats, hats, purses, jewelry, glasses, etc. (4 different prints)

December = 2 charms recipient’s choice of theme, 2 charms senders’ choice of theme Recipients be sure to post below a type of print you would like, please do not be too specific because we don’t all have the same prints in our stash. (4 different prints)
