Scratchers/ lotto for the holidays

this sounds sooo fun!

This looks like so much fun! Too bad there's no lottery in Hawaii :-(

I thought about doing a swap like this a while back but the question arises as to how your swap partner can cash in the scratcher tickets if they win.

they could sign the back and mail it in and be mailed a check in return. people from arkansas do it all the time because they don't have a lottery..so they come into missouri (and other states im sure) to win :D

should we buy christmas themed lotto cards or just the regular ones?

Just an idea for those who do not have a lottery in their state, could you contact a friend/relative in a state that does have a lottery? (Have a private trade with them if need be? e.g. I'll send you x sets of beads for 4 $1 scratchers.) That way you can still participate in the swap. Granted I don't know how long it takes for mail to get to Hawaii, for example, but there has to be a way to accomodate those who want to participate. Good luck to everyone! I love this! I am addicted to scratch-off tickets. Whenever I visit another state, I always pick some up while I'm there.

I would say we start a new one of this simply because the person hasn't signed on in 2 weeks, and it's past the deadline!

Sorry it took me a while to get the parners assigned. I added a few days to the dead line to send out. So we can have them for chirstmas or new years.....
