I love trees! Postcard swap - USA

Friday April 27th is "National Arbor Day" in 25 of 50 states (including Massachusetts, where I live!) So let's make and send a post card! :)

You will have 1 partner, and this is a USA only swap.

This will be a quick turn around. It is not profile based, so you may start when you sign up! Be sure to only sign up if you can mail on time! :)

For this swap, we will make one tree-themed or National Arbor Day post card and send it (naked) to our partner. All levels of artists are welcome to join. Just please be aware that you may send a hand-drawn work of art and get, well, mine in return. :) Images for this swap can be hand drawn, painted, a photograph you personally took, a collage of images from magazines. No "sticker slapping", but you may find an awesome picture online and print, and use it for the picture.

The card should be about 4x6 inches in size. You can re-purpose a postcard, or cut the size from cardboard (cereal boxes are perfect for this type of swap!), just be sure the card is fully covered. (We don't want to see Cheerios, for example, peeking out behind the trees!)

You will be sending "naked", so the non-picture side should include the swap name and your swap-bot ID on the left side and your partner's name and address on the right side.

You do not need to cover the image with clear tape, etc, but be sure any edges and corners are held to the card and won't be ripped or torn off. Limit embellishments, so they don't get stuck in the sorting machines.

In the message area, just add a note to your partner.

You cannot rate down if you don't like the artistic efforts of your partner. As long as it is a post card, made by your partner, with trees &/or Arbor Day themed, sent on time, please rate them a 5.

Rating Requirements:

Established swappers need 4.98 rating or above, with no unresolved 1's or 3's.

New swappers with at least 2 completed & rated type 2 or 3 swaps are allowed to join (With a well filled out profile and a 5.0 rating).

All swappers need a well filled out profile (a minimum of 3 sections about likes/dislikes, etc ...)

A complete mailing address on file.

You need to be in the USA with a USA address.
