I love these dear little folklore creatures...of garden mischief and mayhem!!! Plus, it's spring time...and what better way to celebrate than adding an additional gnome to your collection...or better yet...start a collection!!! The Swap Details: You will be sending 1 partner 3 items. Take a photo of your gnome...or someone else's gnome...anywhere...in your garden...at the bar, at the disco...in the snow...ETC. send the photo(s) to your partner Send a gnome (not a troll...a gnome...)if you need to get an idea search google, FYI: The price of the gnome could be anywhere from a few dollars to 10 dollars! I just saw a kinda big one at Stop and Shop on sale for 10 dollars. Send another gnome related item (postcard, jewelry, stickers, bookmark, socks...etc. etc. ) keep your eyes peeled for gnome gear! That's it! Please sign up if you have a rating of 4.0 or higher!!!I will ban memebers with low ratings, and newbies (try to get some ratings before you sign up, there is still time!)

It was pouring down rain today so I didn't get to the post office. I did email my swap partner to let her know of the delay. I live about about five miles away so I could even drop it off. :)marie

Finally delivered my gnome. I drove over and was wandering around with a gnome tucked under my arm. I realized I had forgotten to bring the address. I decided to asked someone if they could half me find the address. It was my swap partner that I met on the sidewalk. :) I guess she recognized me by my "chillin with my gnomies t-shirt" and a large gnome in my arms.

Still waiting for my gnome. My partner is Fairy and Toad. She hasn't sent the gnome yet either according to the list. She hasn't tried to contact me to explain the delay either. :(marie

It's in the mail as of right now. I did try to contact you a couple of times, I don't know if the system is working right. I had to do a couple of things and left it at home to be shipped out, but it wasn't. I did send it priority and sent extra goodies so I hope you get (and like) it soon!! I'm so sorry!!!!

Fairy and Toad is my partner. She says she sent but I have not received it.

Her message to me on the 8th of May. "I'm so sorry, I had to leave and have very limited access to the internet. I didn't mark it as sent yet because I don't know if my husband actually did it for me or not (being that you didn't get it yet my guess is not). I will call and check on this and make sure if it didn't get put in the mailbox it will very shortly. I did take pictures of everything before I put it in a box for shippment and hope to have those up shortly as well. I'm sorry for all of this, but there was a unexpected family matter that required me to be with them (which is far away from my house). I will check on this and keep you updated, please let me know when you get your gnome goodies!! Again, I'm so very sorry!!"

If you read her rstings apparently she has another profile on swapbots.
