WIYM: August recipe swap

I'm back to having a monthly swap with a recipe theme. Send two recipes that follow the theme. Presentation can be anything, recipe card, printed off your computer or whatever works for you. They do need to be recipes you have tried and enjoyed. Senders choice so don't mark down if you don't like the recipe.

Theme for August is tomatoes, maybe your garden is like mine and overflowing with tomatoes.

I have some ideas for future themes but please pm me with your ideas. Someone PM'd me some wonderful ideas for future themes and my apologies, I erased the PM and can't recall who it is. Could you please remind me?
