Halloween ATC

Nice simple ATC swap to get into the spirit of the upcoming holiday!
ATC can be any medium you choose, just stay within the guidelines below:

• ATCs are 2-1/2" x 3-1/2"
• Card should be cardstock or similar backing. Nothing flimsy or overly thick, like foam board.
• Stickers are embellishment only.
• Put some time and effort in - make something you'd like to receive.
• Don't make anything too graphic or scary, unless you've verified with your partner that they are ok with that.

I want this to be a safe swap. I will be checking participants for low ratings, late swaps, bad behavior, etc. before assigning partners. If a scammer gets through, I will angel. I just ask that you wait 3 days after going through the usual steps of waiting at least 2 weeks past the deadline and then messaging your sender.

A simple ATC swap will require very little difference in shipping internationally (I believe it's $1.15 from the US for 1oz.), and it's quite fun I think to receive things from another part of the world, so this will be international.
