Dear Abby Pen Pal Letter

If you are not familiar with the Dear Abby advice column that ran in newspapers for years...give it a Google 😀 Read through some old Dear Abby columns.

This will be fun! You will send a brief letter to your partner addressed to Dear Abby, asking for advice on a situation ( real or fictional ) and your partner gets to play the role of Dear Abby -if they choose to. They may answer you by Swapbot message or by letter, offering their advice on your situation. The reply is encouraged but not required, rating IS required.

Although the days of advice columns are past, our general need to ask the unbiased advice from a stranger is still a shared reality. Please understand, of course, that the reply you receive is not professional advice.

Have fun with this! And remember if your partner followed the directions here to give them a 5...not based on whether your letter received met your "entertainment "expectetions. Please be kind and non-judgemental and keep any "information" you receive PRIVATE.
