Description:
On your dark colored 2 1/2 X 3 1/2 ATC, paint a thin layer of white glue, (real school glue like Elmers, NOT your craft glue) with a foam brush or paint brush. Let it dry just till it is tacky but not quite dry. That is an important step. so don't walk away from your project. Paint acrylic paint over the glued ATC & let dry completely. You should then see the crackle. Now finish your beautiful ATC making sure you can see some of the crackle. Add a sturdy backing with your Swap-bot info.
