UHM: DIY Ephemera Pack (spring) 🌹

You’ve seen pretty packs of ephemera in craft stores – they’re really useful for planners, pocket letters, mixed-media projects. Let’s make our own to share.

For this swap, make and send 1 ephemera pack (10 pieces) to 1 partner.
The theme is SPRING. The medium is paper, of course.

Basic supplies:
Card stock (not lightweight scrapbooking paper)
Ink & stamps for images
Coloring media
Patterned papers or greeting cards
Scissors
Plastic bag to hold your ephemera

1. For starters, make these 5 DIY pieces in theme:

• 1 stamped image on card stock, colored in
• 1 stamped image on card stock, NOT colored in
• 2 images fussy-cut from medium- or heavy-weight paper, greeting cards, etc.
• 1 inspirational word/saying on card stock, 3" x 3" maximum (handwritten or cut & paste)

I like this inspirational video, but there are plenty others on the Interwebs. :-)

2. The remaining 5 pieces are up to you (DIY or purchased), and

• in spring colors or designs
• nothing smaller than 1" square
• nothing larger than 4" square
• other ephemera ideas: book page/map snippets, faux postage, colorful tags, textured paper, ticket stubs, game cards, die cuts, punches, decoupaged or stamped images

It's all about creatively useful paper. Send the same quality and variety you hope to receive.

3. Pack your spring ephemera in a plastic bag and label it SPRING in whatever manner you like.
