Mindfulness series: Looking at art

Hi all!

We can all use a little mindfulness in our lives so I decided to start a series of swaps in this theme. Some are about observing and writing and some are about crafting or drawing.

This is the second one in this series and it’s about looking at an artwork. Really looking, let it sink in. Think about it for a bit. And then write down your thoughts for your partner. What comes to mind? What is it called? Who is the artist? What does it mean to you? How does it make you feel? All questions you can answer when you write a letter about your chosen artwork to your partner.

What artwork to choose? Well, if you like you go to museum and pick one there, that is perfect of course. But also if you find something online, that’s great too. If you sign up for this swap make a suggestion (or two) below for an artwork to help people who find it hard to choose, they can just pick one from the list.
