Hi Swappers!

I have amassed A LOT of bits and pieces that I no longer feel I will use so why not pass them along to someone else who might like them?

For this swap you will stuff an envelope with the bits and pieces that you no longer want and are just cluttering up your space. This will likely weigh around 50-100g. I would not fret too much about the weight.

Things you might include are ephemera, journal cards, washi, post cards, paper, stationery etc etc!

You will have ONE partner for this swap :)

Hi! I love this idea - but perhaps you could specify a minimal amount of things (by grams, etc.) to share so as to keep it fair?

bnmjeff 05/14/2019 #

can you help me define bits and pieces?

sakura15 05/15/2019 #

I don't have scales sensitive enough to weigh grams I'm afraid. I generally just stuff the envelope as much as I can to the thickness limit.

Hi bnmjeff - I mention the things that you might want to include, those are the bits and pieces I am referring to :) Thanks

@sakura15 Which thickness limit? In the UK we have 'letter' size which has a max thickness of 1mm and 'large letter' size which has a max of 5mm (and then parcel with a large limit).

sakura15 05/19/2019 #

Oh! our thickness limit is 10mm.

Fraggle80 05/24/2019 #

Large letter in the UK is 2.5 cm upto 100g and new pricing is £3.45 I would suggest this would be most suitable.

Here in Australia 50g and 20mm is our limit for the $3 international postage, after that it goes up insanely. I have kitchen scales to weigh everything before I send LOL! Is 50g worth of stuff sufficient for this swap?

sakura15 06/ 5/2019 #

@Liiskah I would say it is definitely sufficient :) My scales aren't very accurate at all. I want to get a set of digital ones sometime! Good idea! :)
