Description:
1 ATC = 1 partner. Create an ATC (2 1/2" x 3 1/2") featuring a dog (real or cartoon). Use any technique or medium. The ATC must have at least two layers and one embellishment. More layers and embellishments are encouraged. Stickers can be used if they are part of a larger embellishment. Extras are not necessary. Rate on receipt of item and rules followed. Do not rate down if the ATC is not your personal style choice.
