Tired ATC's?

Now this is the one for me. While I am a newbie to Swap-Bot, I've been doing ATC's for a year. I look forward to new ideas, and the fact that I already have 5 ready to mail out on April 16th. Thanks Tannermom for the opportunity.

So am I correct in understanding that we will send 5 ATCs. One each to 5 partners? Thanks for the clarification.

Can they be also ATC's form other artists?

I have a suggestion... when you get your envys ready, write the name of the swap on the OUTSIDE of the evelope, as well as the inside, makes things easier to help do rating! I keep envelopes, and sometimes I don't remeber who sent what. I should probably find a system to do this, but I know that when I write the name and the DATE it's due (I'm trying to do that now) it helps alot! susi

I bought a notebook to keep track of my swapping. It took a couple of swaps for me to get the right format, but now it works really well!

Below the name of the swap I write the number, to who, close date, send date, with space for me to write my sent date. Below that I then write names of who I've sent to, and below that, who I receive from. I tick off names as I know that people have got stuff from me, and as I rate them or they rate me. When swap is all done I fold the page in half.

The trick is forming a habit of noting in the book as soon as you get your mail! :)

The sign up date is April 15th and due date is April 16th....isn't something wrong here? There's no way humanly possible to get them to our partners in a day.....LOL Please let me know what's what...thank you. Marti

Greetings, I tried to find my Swap Partners yesterday, April 15, and again this morning, April 16, in hopes that I could address the envelopes and drop them in the mail with my tax forms. I'm not sure I'll have time to check this website again today so my apologies in advance for not sending the ATC's out by April 16. I'll try to check the website daily to see when the partners are assigned. Please know that I have ATC's in envelopes ready to address ASAP. However, my schedule is booked after work for the next two days so I might not get things in the mail until Wednesday! ann so it goes

yippee... the addresses are here! unfortunately, the mail man has already picked up for today...but my cards are in the box waiting for him to come tomarrow! :)

Sounds like many of us are in the same situation... envelopes ready, waiting for names and addresses. Now that we've got them, I believe we'll be mailing out en mass the next day or two. To all MY people, "it's in the mail!" LOL

Today was an awesome day at the mailbox! I got all five of my cards. Grace, Susi, Colleen, Betsy and Alex...thanks to all of you. They are all so unique and different. Opening them all at once REALLY made me notice and appriciate how different everyone's styles are. Great swap idea and thank you all once again!
