Newbies aren't the worst. It is sad to make such assumptions that newbies would not stick to their words. As a newbie, I found some swap appaling by the lack of empathy shown by the organisers. I am autistic and I am a newbie and I would not play with someone's emotions.

Newbies can be fine, but you should emphasize that rating is important, so even if they don't open the letter until the day they need it, they should rate that they received it -- I'm too often frustrated wondering if a swap reached it's partner,

This swap sounds great! As someone with multiple chronic illnesses I struggle with daily pain, anxiety and depression. A nice letter would be great to have on a day where I’m really struggling. Thanks for coming up with this swap idea!

I agree with @PrettyAlice This is a novel idea and a great premise. It is important to create awareness for feelings that everyone has, but are usually stigmatized if expressed. Thanks for having this swap.
