About My Thanksgiving Weekend Letter (USA Only)

You will write a letter (minimum 2 pages or one page front and back) telling your partner about what you did this year on Thanksgiving and on Black Friday, and about your Thanksgiving traditions.

You will include TWO extras with your letter to surprise your partner--maybe you even want to make them Christmas themed!

You will also include a list of AT LEAST 3 questions about your partner's Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Christmas plans in case your partner wants to write back to you! They are not obligated to do so, but hopefully they will!

OPTIONAL prompts for your letter:

-What was your favorite food at Thanksgiving?

-Does your family have any Thanksgiving traditions?

-What does your dinner table/kitchen/dining room look like on Thanksgiving?

-How was this Thanksgiving different than previous ones?

-What is your favorite Thanksgiving memory from previous years?

-What is your opinion/philosophy on Black Friday?

-Does your family have any Black Friday or weekend traditions?

-What is one present you really want to give someone for Christmas?

-What is one present you would really like to receive?

-What are you looking forward to as the holiday season progresses?

EXTRAS consist of the usual, (tea, stickers, washi samples, memo pads, cute post-its, nice paper, decorated envies, etc.) Please only send things you would like to receive. It's the holidays, let's all channel our inner generosity and try to make our partner's day! Please do not send things that your partner's profile says they don't like. No one is obligated to send anything that requires more than one forever postage stamp.

CRITERIA TO JOIN:

-4.9 rating with no unexplained 1's or 3's OR newbie with no 1's or 3's with a well-filled out profile

-USA only, as Thanksgiving is mostly a US thing

-Some people's traditions are faith-based while others are purely secular, so please do not join this swap if you are uncomfortable hearing about beliefs that are different than your own.

Please do not rate down as long as you receive two appropriate extras, three holiday questions, and a letter of the appropriate length. I reserve the right to ban anyone from this swap if I deem it necessary. I will angel this swap if necessary after any flakers have been rated appropriately. None of y'all better flake. Seriously. It's a holiday swap. Have fun!
