HS: Ransom Note Valentine Card

Let’s celebrate Valentine’s Day in a creepy way and send a ransom note Valentine’s Day Card to your partner.

For this swap, hand make a Valentine’s card by wording it with cutouts from magazines, newspapers, books, junk mail, etc. in a ransom note style. Use card stock for the card base and make a folded card no smaller than 5 1/2” x 4”. Make the card with any Valentine’s Day message but have the word “valentine” out of cutouts on the outside or inside the card. Cutouts to make words can be individual letters or a group of letters but not the whole word. The decorative accents on the card would be fun if they were cutouts as well but not necessary. Cutouts need to be cut or torn from printed literature, not computer print outs.

Write your name, swapbot name, and swap name in the card before sending it off to your partner.
