Newbie Seed Swap

If you are a newbie and a gardener this swap is for you.

I am setting up this swap for members who are new to get into the hang of swapping with others on swap bot. Experienced swappers are welcomed however i am setting the rating high to eliminate flakes.

  Type 2 Seed Swap - Flat mail.
  This type of mail is flat and processed by a machine. So it shouldn't cost you more than 0.55 cents to send out your envelope. Make sure your seeds are well packed that they will not crush. If you want you can use a padded envelope but that is at your own expense. I use thick napkins to wrap my seeds in then tape them flat. Just a tip.

  Instructions:

• Only sign up if you will send your swap on time. Check deadline date.

• Label all seed packets with correct latin and common names if you have it. If not google is your friend.
• Make sure all seeds are disease and pest free.
• Seeds can be store bought OR hand collected.
• No invasive or toxic varieties.

• Seeds older than 2 years DO NOT SEND...

  INCLUDE with your Swap:

• Your ID Name

• Swap Name
• Labelled 3 separate packets of seeds (senders choice).

Once your package arrives rate and thank your partner. If you loved what was sent include a heart in your rating. Don't forget to give the coordinator a star if you had fun in this swap.

If your partner does not send a package or is late (postmarked after deadline) you can give a 3 or 1 rating. Do not rate below a 5 if you do not like the seeds sent.
